The current behavior appears that as long as it’s a new email, and I bcc: Monday.com Squad, the emails and responses are tracked towards Emails & Activities for my contact BUT if I am adding Monday.com squad in a response that did NOT originate from me, the responses are NOT being saved under Emails & Activities for the Contact. Such a shame since the Emails & Activities feature is a key reason why I wanted to move off Salesforce and move over to Monday.com
