I have an item with multiple sub items. When I move an item from one Group to another Group, I want the status of all sub items to change to a particular status (or reset). Is there an automation to do that?
Resetting might not be an option so I created a status “na”, however this automation isn’t working for me. Any advice?
With the example automation you gave: The automation editor should not have let you create it. You should not have been allowed to address the subitems in the “do-this” section without using a subitem reference in the trigger. I think that if you try to recreate it from scratch, you will find that you will have to do some fancy footwork to build it again.
With regard to how to accomplish this, my suggestion would be Integromat.
Why can’t Monday do this?
