When a form is submitted and the “thank you” screen appears, a Work Forms ad banner is displayed saying “It’s time to create yours. It’s effortless, free, and customizable.” This ad has two major problems
- The size. It is about 1/3 the visual space of the “thank you” screen, and it’s a way bigger font than my thank you/success message.
- It is a VERY powerful call to action, saying “it’s time to”, as if I am telling our customers to go there, when in fact we are trying to direct them to OUR service. Our product and call to action is relegated to a size 11 font, yet WorkForms has a huge, beautifully colored button.
This WorkForm ads call to action is literally directing customers AWAY from our service. We need our customers to follow-through after submitting the form, not get redirected to a website that they are not even interested in, all because of a misleading call to action.
