I’m a new user of Monday Service and the Community as well but I know there are a lot of good, knowledgeable and helpful people here.
I have a Service Board with a Form/WorkForms Submission Viewer and I’d like to be able to export those submissions as images. Now this is not an issue if the submission does not have a file. However, for my Use Case, all of these submissions will have file(s) which are mainly in the form of screenshots.
What are you trying to achieve
What I’d like to achieve with this is the ability to export ticket submissions that contain a file (image) as an image so that I can quickly and easily embed them into an email to our support team.
If the submission has a Microsoft Office file (such as .xlsx) attached to it, the image that is exported would simply contain the file name and can be downloaded and attached separately to said email sent to our support team.
