Workload - Team Summary

Hey all,

First post here so please be kind. :slight_smile:

I am using the Workload tool and it’s really powerful to see how busy my team is. However it would be really great to get a Team Overview view into this. Something which effectively merges all the team members into one and lets me know how busy the team is overall.

Such a view would let me feedback to the business about when new projects would likely be able to be started and generally say “We are fully booked up until about June” type response.

Is such a view available? I can’t work out how to get that insight into the team.

Hi @Blakey - Welcome to the community! Try playing around with the Resource Type option on the Workload widget. You can view information by more than people… by Group, a status column, etc. One of these should line up with your active work so you can see the total of what’s in process and what’s coming up over the next few weeks.
