I’ve been creating a workload view for my team. However, there is some functionality which I would really love to see.
- Allocating time per resource, per day. E.g. I have a part-time employee who only works certain days. I don’t want to assign time to days they aren’t available and have a clearer view of capacity
- Splitting task across non-concurrent days. E.g. if one of my teams capacity is over I would like to be able to split a sub-item task into 2 parts and have one part completed on say Monday and the other on Wednesday. This is important as sometime work needs to be completed on a certain day and other priorities need to fit around it.
- Reporting feature - I want to see on a graph my teams overall allocation minus the tasks they have in train so I can consider what other work to give them. A percentage view would be handy and also the ability to filter by dates.
