Regularly evaluate where people are allocated at any time to effectively balance your team’s workload!
See at a glance who’s overbooked and who’s available, visualize workload from a bird’s eye view, or drill down to see how task hours are allocated across individual team members. Make updates on the fly- adjust task duration, effort required, and assignees in real-time whenever necessary!
In the instance that you have multiple team members assigned to a single task (say a 3 hour workship) they must attend). How is effort reflected in the workload view? If you have 3 team members assigned to the item “3 hour workshop”… is that counted as 3 hours of work for each of them or is it divided up among them?
When you set the workload “measured effort” to “effort” then you can track by hours assigned. Then unclick “split”. That way if you assign 3 staff to a 3-hour meeting, each staff member gets counted as 3 hours. Otherwise, it would assign them each an hour of work.
Is there a way to set up a Team Specific Dashboard so I can set up a workload widget by team? Right now I’m seeing all of the staff and filtering the widget by team doesn’t work because we assign multiple teams to the same task.

I’d really like a combined view of ‘Items’ and ‘Sub-items’. I can have two independent views on my Dashboard which is a work around but not ideal!
Are there plans to add this as an update?
