It would be helpful if by 80% the circles on the widget turned yellow (indicating that the person is near full capacity) and by 100% the circles turn red. Alternatively, if there was a notification setting that when a certain % is hit for users, their line managers are notified to make them aware that members of their team are nearing full capacity/at full capacity.
