Currently, when searching for specific locations, certain places do not appear as selectable options. To work around this, you have to manually input the timezone information, which can be time-consuming and error-prone.
It would be immensely beneficial if Monday.com could improve its location selection by expanding the available options and incorporating a more comprehensive database of locations worldwide.
I believe that implementing these changes would greatly enhance the functionality and user-friendliness of Monday.com, making it an even more powerful tool for teams and businesses.
The images above are examples of what is not available and what is in the column. Other major countries like Sweden, Switzerland, and South Africa etc, are also not being recognised so I have a general timezone for such cases (by first having to google the correct one, and then manually inputting it into monday.com 
)
I am very surprised this did not appear in a feature request until now.
