I am getting acclimated with Monday.com and one automation I can’t seem to have success with is: “X Days After Column Arrives, Set Change Status to X”.
How I’m using this automation in relation to my board:
"30 Days at 8am After “First Contact [defined as a date]” Arrives, Set Status to “No Movement”.
When I create the automation and test it by changing the First Contact date so 30 days hits, the Status column does not change from “New” to “No Movement”.
Any ideas what I’m doing wrong? Any help is much appreciated!
Hi @sheck - I dont see any issues with this and it should work however by changing the date manually will not trigger it, you would actually have to wait until the date arrives. So as a test you could just set the date to tomorrow and make sure it works the next morning
