is there any chance we can create a Yearly training calendar on monday.com?
I understand there is a calendar feature however it does not show the calendar view as yearly only monthly, weekly or daily. It would be great to see as yearly and able to print out.

Unfortunately you are correct that the calendar view, can only be set in days, weeks and months.
Your options are creating a calendar widget filtered to each month of the year, or trying to see if perhaps you can use a Gantt chart in your use case, since the Gantt chart does support yearly views.
