Zapier automation 'Internal server error' on status column change

Hi,

I have set up an automation in Zapier (Outlook + Monday.com), scraping specific email data to change a column value depending on the email body contents.

On the final test action (where I select a status column to be changed), I get an ‘internal server error’ from Zapier (screenshot below).

Unfortunately the Monday.com support team can’t help with third party errors so I’m hoping the awesome people in this community can help out :slightly_smiling_face:.

Tips to Fix a 500 Internal Server Error
Refresh the page. This might seem obvious, but if it’s a temporary loading issue, you might find success if you refresh the page.
Come back later.
Delete your browser’s cookies.
Paste your URL into the website “Down for Everyone or Just Me.”
