500 Internal Error


This morning I tried to log in our Monday.com it just has a blank white page with words:
“500 Internal Server Error
If you are the administrator of this website, then please read this web application’s log file and/or the web server’s log file to find out what went wrong.”

Anyone know what’s going on and how to fix this?

The same thing happened to my team. I emailed monday support about 15 minutes ago but no answer yet.

Just got the following message:

was up for 30 seconds, and now its back down for me again. anyone else?

thanks Natile79 for posting this! Our Monday site went down just before 10:00 PST. Same “500 Internal Server Error” message.

Same problem here. Waiting…


as of 12:30 PST (or before) we’re back up and running a-okay
