Support is simply not quick enough

We are finding that the support from Monday.com is not acceptable. Its way to slow, be it on chat or on the support ticket, especially for critical issues. We are based outside of the USA and wonder if this is partly the issue. The chat team especially take ages to respond. Is anyone else having these support issues?
