I get the status code: 500 error while making API call from Matillion

Hi,

I am trying to load Monday.com data into Snowflake using Matillion. I have tested the API URI in Postman and Monday.com Playground successfully, however, I get an error Status code received: 500 in Matillion.
Can anyone suggest how to troubleshoot or what could be the issue here? A bit of online reading suggests this is a server side error but I am not convinced because the error is caused only in Matillilon. Would be great get some help on this.

Tips to Fix a 500 Internal Server Error
