Monday.com to Jira server Integration Error

Hi there,

I tried to use integration monday.com to Jira Server.

However, every time I try to connect with Jira, I get 500 error.

Is there anyone who use this app well?
I checked Jira Server log file, but there is no log of log in attempt.

Do I need any other settings to make successful connection?

  1. I checked firewall. I can access to base Url on chrome. Also I can access Jira Server with my cellular data can and my own cellular.

  2. I typed right user name and ID.
