A Weekly summary of work done this week and work scheduled for next week

A simple request - hopefully a quick win.

I would like to have an automation which emails me each week with a list of all tasks that have been complete that week, including the task name and who completed it.

I’d also like to have a schedule for the week ahead to be automatically emailed to me.

These seem like common requests, though searching didn’t seem to find a similar use case or solution. Can you advise if/how this can be done?

You could have an automation in Make, or Zapier or just use the Monday API for assembling the list into an email template.

For scheduling emails based on upcoming tasks, it would be similar by setting triggers that catch scheduled updates, compile them using the same or different templates, and automate the distribution via email.

These reports are sent via monday.com notification & email and can also solves a bunch of other cases but I’ll let you find those out :slight_smile:
