Currently integrated emails sent from the emails and activities app in monday CRM are not able to be automatically logged as an activity in the emails and activities app and timeline. For our clients who need to record all outgoing emails as KPIs, this results in them having to manually duplicate the interaction by recording an activity for the email in the emails and activities app to ensure it is also pulled into the CRM entity board for activities. This is a huge amount of manual effort for many of our clients, and also is not ideal as it isn’t the actual source of truth either and doesn’t refer back to the original email as the source on the timeline or activities board. Even the ability to have the option to run an automation to create and link an activity when an email is sent would be super helpful. Hopefully this on the roadmap!
