Hi @YossiT, you can use the Copy Files Pro app available on the monday marketplace.
Using the Copy Files Pro app, you can move files between file columns, boards, items, etc.
You can also select a monday column(text, email, etc.) and use the column value as a new name for the file, and the moved file will have the new name.

This can actually be handled using Make.
With Make, you can retrieve the file from one file column and then upload it to another file column on the same item (or even a different item if needed). The automation can be triggered when a file is added or based on any other condition you define.
So while moving files between file columns isn’t currently supported natively, Make can automate the process and move the files for you without manual work.
