Is there currently a way to define the order in which automations run on a board?
On one of my boards, I use AI automations to auto-set labels and assign reps to items. After that, I have another automation that creates an item on a different board using those values. The problem is that if the “create item” automation runs before the AI automations finish, the new item ends up missing critical details like the assigned rep or the correct labels.
It would be extremely helpful if we could establish an order of operations for automations within a board. This would ensure certain automations complete before others, preventing incomplete or incorrect data from being carried over.
What are you trying to achieve
I’m trying to ensure that automations on a board run in a logical sequence so that dependent automations always have the data they need. Specifically, I want AI automations that assign reps and set labels to finish before the automation that creates items on another board. This would prevent incomplete information from being passed along and make the automation flow more reliable.
