Hello - new to monday.com and trying to help administer the application for our org users . We are consolidating several accounts into one and as part of that process, require changing the Shareable and Private boards to be made public / Main so that they can be copied over.
Have reviewed documentation online and have not been able to find a possible solution.
Is there an option for us to access to identify the Shareable and Private boards that may exist or the ability to view Content Directory within each account?
Charlotte here for the monday team! Happy to help out with this!
We actually do have a feature for this but it is an Enterprise level feature called the Content Directory!
The “Content directory” feature provides an overview of all the Workspaces Boards Dashboards, and Workdocs located in the account, and for each of these features, you’ll be able to see its owners, subscribers, creation date, last updated date and whether it’s publicly available to the rest of the account members or not.
However, using this feature, admins will only be able to view the name and high-level information about private Boards/Dashboards/Workdocs in the list.
Alternatively, if you do not have an Enterprise account, you can use the admin settings to change board ownership but you won’t be able to see an entire inventory of the boards in your account and their owners.
