Currently we are utilizing the checklist feature in updates. However, this only allows the author to edit the update. We would like to see the same checklist feature in info boxes/notes so the whole team can update as necessary.
Agreed! We either need everyone on the project team to be able to edit updates OR we need checklists in the info box.
Having a checklist feature or updating other team members checklist in updates is necessary for team collaboration. Monday.com please add this feature.
We would love this too - have a column type of checklist, so we can create checklist items in a separate column from the comments.
That way, anyone on the team can edit the checklist / acceptance criteria, and the checklist will always be easy to find. Right now it’s buried in comments.
