In the notification automation, is there a way to include a direct link to the specific “Approve/Decline” column or action within the Monday notification, rather than just linking to the entire board?
What are you trying to achieve
The goal is to make the approval process faster and more intuitive — so approvers could approve or decline directly from the email or notification, without having to navigate to the board each time.
Currently, approvers need to go to the board to take action, which can slow down workflows, especially when approvals are frequent.
Hey @KEggering Unfortunately, there is no native functionality for that in Monday.com but if you are open to marketplace apps, SuperMail has this exact feature that allows doing approvals directly from email without going into Monday. Super easy to set up, watch the following video:
This would be a great utility for our Quality Control teams. We would love to serve up the teams notifications that provide them with relevant data that aligns with the physical goods for their review.
I am sincerely offended that Monday makes no effort to review their users’ intake and rather third-party groups provide their band-aid “tools” to repair what should be a core functionality of Monday itself.
