Add Group Selection and Filters to Board Updates Widget

The Board Updates widget is lacking settings options. The only option is to select which entire boards you want updates to be displayed from. We need it to display updates from just one group, multiple groups, or all but this group. It would also be nice to have some filtering options for updates, like filtering for certain users, me (dynamic), date, date range, etc. Additionally, being able to pin certain updates to the top of the widget would be extremely useful.
