I have a board that represents as meeting board
each meeting has an attendees column that represents the attendees in the meeting
when i choose from the user in the account people to the meeting
i don’t want them to get a notification that they have been assigned to the item
how can i prevent it?

There are two different notification settings you can enable on your board!
- Mute all notifications for board owners AND board members (mentions, assignments, replies, automations).
- Mute all notifications for board members.
Click on the three-dot icon in the upper right-hand corner of your board > “Notifications” to find both settings:
Please note that both settings turn off all notifications, not just notifications for assignments. Alternatively, each user can edit their personal notification settings (avatar icon > “My profile” > “Notifications” > “Collaboration” > “Assigned to me”). However, turning off their personal notifications for assignments will apply across the entire account and not one specific board.
