Please give us control over task assignment & board share email notifications

I don’t want the assignee to get blasted with an email for every task I assign to them while I’m setting up their boards.

Please allow us to set up boards and assign tasks to people, and THEN when we’re ready, we can put the board in production and then notifications are sent as per the user’s preferences.

Agreed @tomsvision. Board modes (Draft/Live) to control notifications was requested back in Dec 2019.
