I want to be able to work directly from the ‘my work’ view. At the moment i have no way of adding personal tasks in there, they need to be added to a board which is frustrating. By adding to ‘my work’ it will allow me to have private small tasks that i know i need to tick off without adding them to boards where other team members are.
It seems to me that you need a private board with your tasks only 
Yes I know I can do that, but I want to work from one place, not to have to switch between boards constantly. Asana has this functionality, Monday should too.
