Admin permission to Integrate Monday.com into Teams

I am trying to add Teams into Monday.com in order to put notifications in my teams channels. Microsoft requests access and I put in my Microsoft credentials. I’m then given an error that says my administrator needs to approve this request. How does my administrator do that? They have not gotten an email notification and there is nothing in the error to send a notification. There is only the option to enter admin creds or cancel the operation.
