I’m looking for the best way to detect and manage duplicate items in my Sales CRM board on monday.com—especially when it comes to leads or contacts. Has anyone set up an automation, app, or workaround to identify and possibly merge duplicates based on email or company name? I’d love to hear how you’re handling this. Thanks in advance!

Hi Ajay! On the monday CRM product, you can merge your duplicates with the Manage Duplicates feature. On your board, select the 3-dot icon in the upper right-hand corner of the board > “More actions” > “Manage duplicates.”

In the pop-up screen, you can select which column you’d like to use to determine the duplicates, such as the email or company name:

This feature does require you to manually open and select the identifying column, so it is not automatic. However, it should address your needs! Let me know if this helps. :slightly_smiling_face:
