Currently when you want to notify somebody after a status change you can use the variable Board Name. However when you build an automation to create an item on a different board after a status change, you can only use board columns.
Why is this?
I am trying to solve this as well. Until I found this post I was convinced there must be a way to capture the board name and put it into a Text column. But no??
It sure would be nice if Monday Support Staff could chime in on some of these topics…

I’m looking for a solution for this as well! I am not able to use an integration such as Integromat where I am , so am hoping to find way to accomplish this natively to Monday.
