The options to duplicate core CRM boards, and to connect or disconnect boards from core CRM columns are not currently available in monday.com. We have multiple sales pipelines for different departments in the organisation, but we need to be able to work off common accounts and contacts boards. This requires the ability to customise these boards and connections. It would be great if these options were made available, just as they are for standard boards.
I understand your frustration, and it’s essential to have flexibility in managing your CRM boards. Unfortunately, as of now, doesn’t provide the ability to duplicate core CRM boards or directly connect/disconnect them from core CRM columns1. However, you can use the “Connect Boards” column to link boards together. To unlink a board or create a new link, click on the arrow next to your Connect Boards Column title, access the column settings, and either disconnect an existing board or add a new one. Keep an eye on updates, as features may evolve over time!
If the connection and automation rule of core board can be configurable or more transparent? So, people may feel more comfortable while using the Dev, CRM.
otherwise we can discover the dependency without the knowledge center. And by disable those rule via configuration, hopefully people have the flexibility to custom, duplicate…etc
