It would be amazing to have the ability to use mirrored email columns in a board in automations. This way we can have one board with contact details for a client or employee and mirror it to other boards. This way the automation can live on other boards as needed and use that mirrored column. I have sooooo many use cases for this. Please VOTE! haha
I agree! This is a big limitation at this point.

if you’re not opposed to using an app, you can use Same Item Multiple Boards to share the same item in another board, and the email column will act as a normal column, so you can use it integrations and automations.
