Allow Monday users to invite Guests from Boards not via Admins.

When collaborating with our Clients on boards, we like to be able to invite them as guests instead of users. When our regulars Monday.com users invite people to collaborate it automatically assigned a paid seat. To avoid this, teams have to submit a ticket to the Monday Admin at my company (me) to add them specifically as a guest. Causes a lot more work just to have guest collaboration.

We like we can invite people, but we’d love to chose their level access when adding them directly from the board.

Bonus - if they are added as Guests do not force them to use SSO since they are outside our Org.
