Allowing subitem creation from Workform

When using Workforms to create an order form, and/or order log, can a feature allowing subitems to be created for each order line? As in, Harry Potter completes a workform order for milk, eggs and cheese. The main item would be Harry Potter Grocery Order, with milk, eggs and cheese each being their own subitem.

Hey there is an existing feature request for this: Adding subitems to form. Maybe drop a vote.

I really love your idea of adding subitems in Workforms! It would definitely enhance the organization of orders, making it easier to manage items like milk, eggs, and cheese under one main order. Speaking of cheese, if you enjoy a good laugh, check out some cheese puns to lighten your day! Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Hey @mcoleman84, @Lucas1, @abuislam

We developed an app called Google Forms Integration Plus that allows getting responses from Google Forms directly monday.com.
Google Forms is free to use and has advanced capabilities that are missing in monday’s forms, and our app offers more flexible and robust logic. It basically solves all the gaps in monday’s forms.

You can easily create subitems based on responses from forms. Here are 2 examples.

Creating on a specific item →

Creating on a dynamic item (based on the response in the form) →

You can also update an existing subitem →

You can find it in the monday.com marketplace in the platform or here - https://monday.com/marketplace/listing/10000616/google-forms-integration-plus

Hope that helps!
