Alternative of Docugen?

What programs are there that can automatically generate documents or emails?

  1. Are there any methods or apps that can replace Docugen? I plan to use it a little more than the free plan, but it is expensive.

  2. Can Eledo automatically create documents as MSWORD rather than PDF? Are there any problems with editing the document even if it is created only as a PDF?
What are the pros and cons of Eledo and Docugen?

  3. What program is PandaDocs? Are there any alternatives to DocuGen? Or is it a program of a different nature?

Hi @jhyuklee,

there is also DocExport. It is very powerful yet easy to use. Like Docugen it uses MS Word templates. You can output PDF or Word files.

The free plan has up to 50 documents per month. And while you are finetuning your Word template, the generated documents don’t count towards the monthly limit.

DocExport can email the generated documents to monday.com users, to people columns and to individual email addresses. You can also define your own HTML template for the emails.

There are various monday.com integration recipes that you can use to automatically generate documents.

DocExport can also work with formulas, mirror-columns, QR-Codes and Charts. It’s also GDPR compliant.
