Failure:
We can’t set the assignee on the new item created via the automation.
We can either leave the assignee the same as on the original board (which isn’t accurate), or we can leave it blank.
The board it’s going to doesn’t have a default assignee, and it shouldn’t have one.

If the new assignee depends on a specific column of the newly created item, for example a status, you would have to create the perspective automations on that board.
For example, when item is created and only if status is urgent, assign Giannis as the assignee.
Otherwise, you would have to manually add the assignees or depending on the way you assign them use an app ( for example, there is an excellent Round Robin app).
