Hi everyone, i’m new here and hope someone can help me.
I have a board for a product development proces where every person has a role. (concept > product development > testing). In the parent item we have listed who works on the product and what each ones role is. In the subitems the steps in de proces are defined, which are always sequential tasks. Is there a way that we only need to fill in the people columns of the parent item and than automatically the people column for the subitems is filled in, based on the role?
So for example if person X is assigned in the parent item on role O1, that an automation/formula assigns person X also on the subitems with that role (now I’ve made a textcolumn in the subitems, but that may also be a statuscolumn if necessary).
I already asked Fantasy Media from the Subitems automations app but they don’t have a solution.
Any ideas?
