Assign user in people column who changed status

Hi!
For performance tracking we need to assign the person who changed a status to a people coloumn. How can I do/automate this?

Do you have an automation that says "When People1 is Assigned, Assign (replace) acting user to People2.

I’m not sure if this is what you mean. But you can create a custom automation like this:
