Like a lot of us, I am new to Monday.com but I am enjoying exploring it countless features. One thing that I’ve been searching for but haven’t come across yet Is the ability to auto-populate a file column with a PDF when a new Item (job) is created.
I have a PDF form that we want to automatically populate our File field whenever a new Job is created.
Is this possible?
I apologize if this has been discussed before, but I can’t find that feed.
Monday has a feature that lets you set default values for all sorts of columns;
This includes PDFs! Just look for “Item default Values” from the board menu as shown below.
Unfortunately not. I haven’t really had the chance to experiment with editable pdfs in Monday, so I’m not entirely sure what the root of your issue is.
