Automate a status change based on the date - is it possible?

Is it possible to make it so that when I create an item, the status column will change according to the date the item was created?

Example - the item was created on 01.01.2024 so I want the status of the item to automatically be quarter 1 year 2024

Example 2 - If the item was created on 01.04.2025 then the status will change to quarter 2 year 2025

I can’t think of a way you could automate a status based on a date range. But if it’s a quick visual you need to see which items are associated to a quarter, you could use conditional coloring as an option.
