We would utilize this automation time and time again. We have 500+clients. During the beginning stage of client support, we assign an analyst. Once that analyst is done, the Account Manager and then Partner takes over the process. In this example we would want the analyst to automatically be removed as a subscriber so they do not get the “noise” of communication that occurs downstream in the process.
