I run an e-commerce website, where we sell fencing solutions in Switzerland. We are looking to streamline our order management process using Monday.com but are facing some challenges in automating key workflows.
Our main goals are:
- Automating Order Tracking – When a new order comes in, we want Monday.com to automatically create a task with all relevant details.
- Stock Management – We would like to sync our stock levels with Monday.com to ensure real-time updates.
- Customer Notifications – Once an order status changes (e.g., “In Production” → “Shipped”), we want an automatic email update to be sent to the customer.
- Integration with WooCommerce – Since our store runs on WooCommerce, we need a reliable way to sync order data.
Has anyone successfully implemented a similar setup? Are there recommended integrations, automations, or third-party tools that work well for this use case?
