Is there a way to automate a tag being assigned to a campaign when given a certain date?
For example: When I set a campaign date to “March 1”, I want a tag to automatically populate it as “#Q1” to be able to quickly distinguish items between quarters. “July 1” would be tagged “#Q3.” Etc.

Welcome to the Community!
A formula column should be able to help you out here using concatenated IF statements. That would provide your desired output but wouldn’t tag it automatically for you.
You could potentially use a 3rd party app to copy the formula output value and create/associate the tag as a workaround.
