Automation for Archiving Boards or Projects

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if there’s a way to automate archiving a board or project once all items have been completed.

Use Case:
When all statuses across all tasks have been marked as “Done”, and a set amount of time (e.g., X days or weeks) has passed, we’d like the board to automatically archive to help keep our portfolio organized and clean.

Has anyone found a workflow, integration, or workaround for this?

Hi Roxie!

I wanted to show you this workaround that might benefit your use case! With Worklfow Builder I configured this recipe:

Start by selecting the Portfolio of your choice and setting the first trigger as whenever the Status changes to “Completed”. The next action will be a delay (you can customize the duration!), the final action would be archiving any projects/items that have the same label
