Automation Issue: Unable to send reminder email based on Date & Status

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask if there is any function or app that allows me to send an email when both a specific date arrives and the status is set to “Yes”.

I have created an email template to remind my clients to hold their AGM. Initially, I planned to use the “Email” function, but it does not support using customized templates, because my template has a logo and some tables.

I also tried using the “SuperMail” to send emails, but I found that it does not allow combining both “Date” and “Status” as conditions for triggering an email. (e.g. When date arrives and status change to “Yes” send template to client.)

So, I would really appreciate it if anyone could suggest:

  • A method to send email using y custom template
  • An app that supports automation based on both a date and a status condition

Hi, I couldn’t see where you mention which product you are using. In work management you can create an automation. Something like this
