I’m quite new to monday and right now I have one question.
I have defined teams, which I can see in my profile (see attached pic).
Is it possible to send an email to one or more of these teams within an automation?
When I select team I only get a blank window and can’t see any teams or names.
You’ll need to invite the team you want to notify to the board. Click on invite at top right and then search for the team. Refresh, wait a minute and then try the automation again.
Thanks a lot, that helped. I had already invited all the people from the teams but I didn’t know that I have to invite the teams as well.
Now I have another problem. I have 6 teams that will be informed when items change. Since I didn’t want to get 6 emails each time I make a change I removed me from 2 of the teams…until I realized, I am COMPLETELEY removed from them, so I even can’t manage them. How silly is that? I am the creator of the teams and unless I hand it over to one of the members I should always have access to them, no matter if I’m a member of it.
Sheesh…I’m considering returning to the people columns and add the teams there.
