Automation to create new board from template when phase changes not executing

I have created a template board to be used when the phase/status of a project changes from Not Started to Initiate, i.e. the following ‘When Phase changes from Not Started to Initiate create a board from template’

To test this I am changing the status of a project from Not Started to Initiate, but then nothing happens and the new board is not created.

What are the next steps I should take to troubleshoot this? I have waited overnight in case it was just being slow.

Just to add to this - I can see that the automation has run if I look at Automations Activity

I figured it out - it was creating the board under a different Workspace :upside_down_face:
