We do development of learning content, and need to simplify our process via automation. I am looking to find a way to create the following flow using high-low level boards, but having the new board created automatically based on status change AND the specific template being used based on modality:
HIGH LEVEL BOARD:
- Potential project is confirmed, status changes to done (manually) - project includes a modality field
- Project moves from pipeline > in progress via Automation
- Automation then also creates the board for that project but the template used is based on the modality field
LOW LEVEL BOARD
- Low level board will include template project plan based on the modality
I am trying to figure out if we can do this conditionally. We want to use automation as much as possible, but due to the differences in the project tasks based on the modality of learning being developed, the template either needs to include EVERY task for all modalities (too busy and complicated, and confusing frankly), or we have a template for each modality that is then created based on the automation and conditions.
