Does anywone know if we can be admin of two accounts for two different organizations ? I think it is possible because I saw that you can transfer a board from one account to another.

Hi Corentin,
I am the Admin of two accounts. You just need to register a new account using the same email as your previous account.
Each account has its own link, and you can log in to all accounts at the same time. I simply put bookmarks to go to my accounts and open individual tabs on my browser.
