Block screen experienced on your account on Wednesday 14 August

Many of you experienced a block screen on the monday platform yesterday, Wednesday 14 August. After about 20 minutes of being first alerted of the issue, our developers deployed a fix and the issue was resolved.

We understand the cause of the issue which was due to an error in a deploy surrounding our billing mechanisms.
